Starting with mood boards for inspiration, the BZDesign industrial design team developed an external housing unit for phase innovations, who have engineered an energy-neutral air purifier. After sketching concepts and creating foam core models, the client selected their desired direction for the BZDesign team to move forward with.
Using CAD geometry and 3D printing, our industrial designers built a scale model of the external housing that would fit with the internal electronics as a functional prototype. This prototype allowed phase innovations to present their invention at a tradeshow to demonstrate their unique functionality.
